The Egyptian Arab Land Bank (EALB) and the Egyptian Banks Company signed a cooperation protocol under which the bank joins Meeza issuing banks. The protocol was signed by Chairpman of EALB, Amr Kamal, and the EBC’s Executive Chairman and Managing Director Tarek Raouf.

The issuance of Meeza card also comes in support of the Central Bank of Egypt’s (CBE) initiative of financial inclusion, which contributes to transforming the Egyptian society into a cashless one.

From his side, Raouf confirmed that the signing of this protocol reflects the company’s trust in the bank’s performance and ability to provide distinguished services to all customer segments. He pointed out that this protocol comes within a set of protocols signed with several public and private banks in order to provide the new card to as many customers as possible, as well as providing various banking services in line with the objectives of the company.
