 At EBC, we believe that working to our standards and business conduct is not only the right thing to do, but also the way we sustain our business success and leadership. Our code of business conduct is our ethos to remain ahead and continue maximizing value to all our stakeholders.

Effective August 2022, EBC amended its code of business conduct to address the evolvement of business, organization and stakeholders. We take pride in our national role, and as we hold to our standards and professional conduct, we are more capable to fulfill our obligations towards our diverse stakeholders and evenly towards the future of e-payments. A learning organization

As a learning organization, we nurture curiosity for knowledge and the discovery of abilities. All EBCians are encouraged to develop their knowledge and skills, to delve into diverse, competent resources for digital learning under the EBC Elevate initiative catering for a diversified group of learning channels, including workshops, certification, seminars, partnering institutes and global

digital learning portals covering a wide range of business and professional skills. Staff members can set their own learning plans and consult their management and human capital professionals on selecting their learning tracks.

The most recent Elevate initiative launched in 2023 is Skill-Up. The Skill-Up is a quick 1 hour concentrated learning activity which takes place every other week to deliver through internal and external facilitators learning topics which cater for knowledge, awareness, industry as well as inter-personal skills, all pre-defined and visited regularly in the Skill-Up Catalogue.  The Skill-Up is best described as “quick learning bites” to suit the dynamic work environment in EBC, while deliver needed learning in an engaged setup.

Mirroring the EBC business growth and transformation, the People Development has become one of the company’s Corporate Scorecard in the recent years, embraced by all staff.

–  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic and Communication       Engineering, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce    or Economics

Employee Wellbeing

We help our team members be their very best by caring about their personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being. We equally care for team members and their families as part of EBC’s extended family.
